Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please e-mail your cancellation request to marketing@catnewtech.com. All cancellation requests must be received 30 days before the event you have registered for. A refund will be made after deducting any processing fees as applicable. Cancellations received after the deadline and registrants not attending without canceling, will be liable for the full registration fee. For all valid cancellation requests, refunds will be processed after the event.

Registration Substitution Policy
Please e-mail your substitution request to marketing@catnewtech.com with the details of the person you would like to substitute. All substitution requests must be received 2 weeks before the event you have registered for. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline.
